Launching and leading highly profitable hotel properties, has been the cornerstone of Allen Davis’ 24+ year career in the lodging industry. As a pre-opening, turnaround and growth specialist, Allen has opened several new properties, rescued underperforming hotels, and delivered lasting revenue growth across multiple properties in challenging markets. With a broad background in all aspects of property management, he offers a strong track record in the service-to-profit model. His ability to enlist employees to drive guest satisfaction coupled with an ability to drive top-line and bottom-line enhancements are well documented.

​From his early career and advancement through Marriott’s Individual Development Management Program, Allen has been responsible for motivating efficient teams. As a General Manager, as a Director of Operations and as an Area Manager of such brands as Marriott, Hilton, and Choice, that management style has served him well into his current responsibility overseeing full operation of the Residence Inn by Marriott- Greenbelt, including its $1.5 million renovation.

Allen has been living in Prince Georges County for 16 years with his wife Deidra and their two daughters Ryann and Reagann. He serves on the Trustee Board of his church and loves a good game of chess.
