Currently Manager of the Transforming Neighborhoods Initiative (TNI) in the Office of Prince George’s County Executive, she is responsible for oversight of the County Executive’s signature program which places the priority of government services within six challenged areas within the County. Throughout her career with the County, she has served in key and high-level positions. She has served five years as the Special Assistant to the County’s Chief Administrative Officer, assisting in planning and implementation of the County Executive’s top initiatives and programs, such as Strategic Management, CountyStat and Transforming Neighborhoods Initiative (TNI).

Linda holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She has volunteered for many years in her community and church and currently serves as Treasurer to the Board of Directors for her homeowners’ association.
