Collections of non-perishable goods, toiletries and other items of critical need for Care Packages for Neighbors were conducted by Path to Greatness and our partners for this event, Prince George’s County Police, The Washington DC VA Medical Center and From the Heart Ministries Church. Marriott supported the effort supplying 300 Nutrigrain bars and 300 Gatorage beverages.

After collection, it was time for assembly of more than 300 packages. At Prince George’s County Police Headquarters, tables were lined with volumes of nutrition bars, fruit cups, beverages, T-shirts, flip flops, shower gels, toothpaste, deodorants, socks, underwear, Mike and Ike’s 😉 and much more, ready for Care Package assembly. As our team of volunteers arrived, more than 300 packages of non-perishable food items and toiletries were assembled for distribution to homeless veterans, soup kitchens and homeless individuals on the streets of our communities.
